My executive coaching practice delivers the strategic and practical strategies and skills that leaders need to make a deeper impact in their organizations.  After 22 years at Fortune 500 companies, I know what it takes to succeed in a matrix environment, execute critical strategies that support business growth, and manage high-performing teams.  As a former HR Professional, I understand the importance of engaging key stakeholders throughout the coaching engagement to ensure results are being seen and felt by others.

I aim to ensure the individual does not feel isolated in a coaching relationship, but feels the support to integrate new ideas and behaviors.  Receiving real-time feedback from the manager and team members provides confirmation of the direction we are taking with the development actions both professionally and for the business.
